Seth Epling is the founder and owner of Caliber Appraisal Firm and a seasoned certified residential appraiser licensed in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota. With extensive experience in all types of residential properties, Seth brings a unique perspective to his work as an active investor in small multi-family 2–4 unit properties, giving him a practical understanding of the market that enhances the accuracy and insight of his appraisals.

A University of Iowa graduate, Seth also served 5.5 years in the Marine Corps as an artillery officer, instilling a foundation of discipline, integrity, and attention to detail that carries into every appraisal. Beyond real estate, he is an assistant high school wrestling coach and enjoys family life with his wife and daughter.
